Technical
Which IP data sources are supported?+
You can use local MaxMind GeoLite2 databases for free, or connect the MaxMind web service for full residential and anonymizer detection.
Does it detect VPNs and proxies?+
Yes. With the MaxMind web service or the paid anonymizer database we flag commercial VPNs, public proxies and Tor exit nodes.
Billing
How does billing work?+
Choose a plan and submit a subscription request. Our team activates your subscription, after which all your campaign links go live.
Can I change plans later?+
Absolutely — request an upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard.
